Julie Wosk is a professor emerita of English, art history, and studio painting at SUNY Maritime in New York City. She is the author of five books, including “My Fair Ladies: Female Robots, Androids, and Other Artificial Eves,” which Wosk presented at Harvard University. In her latest book, “Artificial Women,” released in April 2024, Wosk examines the effect of AI-enhanced simulated females on our changing views of female identity.
