Making Your Reservation

To request a reservation today, please fill out the form below or call (413) 443-7171 x334.

Groups must reserve at least three weeks prior to visiting. Reservations are first come, first served. During busy times of the year, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. To avoid this, please book early, and have a second and third choice date in mind.

We look forward to sharing art, science, and history with your class or youth group!

Educator’s Checklist

Please have the following information available before you contact the Museum.

  • Date of virtual or in-person visit, with alternate dates
  • Name of school or organization
  • Address
  • Grade level (s)
  • Contact person’s name
  • Number of students
  • Number of chaperones
  • Title(s) of the educator-led program(s) requested
  • Educational standards to be met
  • Requested time for virtual program
