Bugs

The Bugs MoMU displays four large pieces from the museum collection: three butterfly boxes and one beetle box. These boxes exhibit several specimens of those types of insects.

The panels explore what characteristics define an insect and how insects exploit camouflage techniques. They also elaborate upon specific insects and their behaviors, such as Monarch butterfly migration and ladybug metamorphosis, and the different types of bees.

The activation lesson for this MoMU is currently being constructed.
