Berkshire Museum’s COVID-19 Code of Conduct

To ensure the health and safety of all, visitors are required to follow our Code of Conduct:

  • All museum visitors 2 years of age and older are required to wear a face covering while inside the museum.

  • Visitors must practice safe social distancing – keep 6 feet between you and anyone who is not part of your family unit.

  • Visitors will be asked to confirm that they have not had any fever or flu-like symptoms in the 48 hours before their visit or had contact with anyone that has COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

  • Museum visitors who experience any fever or flu-like symptoms while at the museum are required to inform museum staff.

  • Visitors who have any flu-like signs or symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that is believed to have Covid-19 are required to reschedule their visit.

  • Guests who are visiting from out of state, or who have recently traveled outside of Massachusetts, must certify that they are in compliance with current Massachusetts travel guidelines.
  • When making a reservation, visitors must provide contact information as well as the names of everyone in their family unit. This information is private and will only be shared with the local Board of Health if contact tracing is necessary.

  • Guests are required to keep their personal belongings including coats, jackets, strollers, and bags with them throughout their visit.
