[PITTSFIELD, MA] – The Berkshire Children’s Theater (BCT), an ensemble of local performers ranging in age from 5 to 19 who perform under the direction of Kara Demler, is celebrating ten years of producing fun family theater right here in the Berkshires. To commemorate this milestone, BCT will be performing at the Berkshire Museum December 28-30, including a special reunion show of cast favorites.
Berkshire Children’s Theater presents Peter Rabbit and the Bunny Hop
Saturday, December 28, and Monday, December 30, 11 a.m. each day
Berkshire Children’s Theater’s troupe of talented young performers ranging in age from 5 to 19 years will perform this original musical production adapted and directed by Kara Demler. Put on your poodle skirt and grab a chocolate malt, ’cause this nifty 1950s Peter Rabbit is a musical twist on the classic tale by Beatrix Potter. Familiar characters from Benjamin Bunny to Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail will sing, dance, and hop their way into your hearts. The performance is recommended for ages 2 and up.
$15 adult, $8 child, Museum members $5 adult, $3 child, children 3 and under free.
Includes Museum admission.

Join us for a very special afternoon. In celebration of 10 years of children’s theater, enjoy a medley of past and present troupe members performing some of their favorite musical memories. Tickets to the performance include a reception immediately following the performance in the Museum’s Crane Room.
