    PAST EXHIBITION

    Youth Art Month

    On view March 3-31, 2017

    An exhibition of artwork from more than 25 art classrooms across Berkshire County will be on view in the Crane Room at the Berkshire Museum from March 3 through March 31, 2017. Artwork by students grades K to 12 will be featured. The exhibition is organized by the Berkshire County Arts Educators Professional Learning Network.

    Fast Colors, print, Monument Valley Middle School

    The Berkshire County Arts Educators Professional Learning Network, a group sponsored by the Berkshire County Superintendents’ Roundtable, is presenting the month-long exhibition to shine a spotlight on the great work that students and arts educators produce. Additionally, the show and the performances focus on the important place that art learning and art making hold in Berkshire County schools.

    The inspirations for the exhibition and the performances include Youth Art Month, promoted by the National Art Education Association and Massachusetts Art Educators Association, and Music in Our Schools Month, sponsored by the National Association of Music Educators.

    Monday - Saturday, 10 - 5pm
    Sunday, noon to 5pm

    Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day

    $13 adult; $6 child (under 18)
    Museum members & children 3 and under get in for free

    Little Cinema
    $7.50, $5 members
