Join us for a celebration of the long history and deep roots of community in the Berkshires! The NOSTALGIA SOIREE kicks off the return of the decades-old celebration FESTIVAL OF TREES! See trees decorated by community members, businesses, and institutions with ties to the community.

Eat hors d’oeuvres, sip from an open bar, and experience the NOSTALGIA of Festival of Trees as it returns to Berkshire Museum’s Ellen Crane Memorial Room. FEATURING SPECIAL GUEST – PAUL WILLIAMS!

Paul Williams

One of the most beloved songwriters of the 1970s, Paul Williams wrote We’ve Only Just Begun for the Carpenters and The Rainbow Connection for Kermit the Frog. His songs have been performed by Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Barbra Streisand, Ella Fitzgerald, and David Bowie. Williams has acted in numerous films, including Smokey and the Bandit and The Muppet Movie, and was a frequent guest on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. He has been awarded an Oscar, three Grammys, and two Golden Globes and since 2009 has been the President and Chairman of the Board of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
